August 2009

Matrix completed work on the T.L. Hanna and Westside Gym additions, Westside Courtyard and Classroom additions, Piedmont Technical College addition, Comfort Suites Hotel, and Lakeview Elementary School addition.

Matrix commenced work on the new Hampton Inn Hotel located off I-85 and Hwy 81 in addition to starting work on the additions to Calhoun Academy in Anderson, SC.


September 10, 2008

Matrix Construction commenced construction on the renovation of a Holiday Inn in Anderson, SC.  Darryl Willard was named as project manager of the construction project.  This will be Matrix's second hotel project this year.

July 29, 2008

Matrix Construction commenced construction on the Northside Elementary School in Seneca, SC. Shane McCall will be the project manager of the construction project while William T. Burton will be the on-site superintendent. 


July 22, 2008

Matrix Construction commenced construction on the Lakeview Elementary School in Greenwood, SC.  Mike Looper will be the project manager of the construction project while Jeff Giles will be the on-site supervision. 

May 25, 2008

 

Matrix Construction commenced construction on the construction of the Comfort Suites in Spartanburg, SC.  Kevin Scarborough was named project manager of the construction project and Donnie Jenkins will be the on-site superintendent.

Matrix Construction commenced construction on the TL Hanna and Westside Auxiliary Gymnasium, Westside Courtyard Addition, and Westside Classroom Addition.  Project Managers Mike Looper and Darryl Willard will manage these projects.

 

April 21, 2008

Matrix Construction commenced construction on the Union County Middle School and the Jonesville Pre-K-8 School.  Shane McCall will be the project manager of both projects.  The Union County Middle School project will have more than 120,000 square feet.

Matrix Construction is pleased to welcome Darryl Willard.  Darryl brings to Matrix a wealth of construction knowledge.  As a project manager, Darryl will begin his work with Matrix as project manager of the Westside and T.L. Hanna Auxiliary Gymnasium projects.


November 18th, 2007

The grand opening and ribbon cutting ceremony of the 12,000 square foot Powdersville Library and Government center was held at Four Civic Court in Easley.  The Powdersville Library will house more than 40,000 volumes in addition to Powdersville magistrate’s office, the treasurer’s office and the building and codes office.

November 16th, 2007

Powdersville Water District conducted its grand opening and ribbon cutting ceremony at 1719 Circle Road in Easley.  The ceremony included guest speakers followed by an open house in which the community was invited to tour the newly remolded and expanded building.
